Rupert Pulls The Plug
So the most disgusting story of the last week, double killer OJ Simpson will not be allowed to air his FOX broadcast about how he "would" have killed his ex and Ron Goldman. The House that OJ built, FOX has decided to pull this disgusting tripe from the airwaves after they were facing an internal revolt from their affiliates and personalities like Bill O'Reilly. Murdoch also owns Judith Regans publishing co. that is doing this sordid book. Murdoch and the FOXIEs have made millions on these murders and I guess Rupert decided to finally have a bit of a conscious or perhaps a bit of shame. Just shows how depraved Murdoch and Newscorp is and how it took a public outcry to pull the plug on this. Greedy, tabloid news spewing, Aussie bastards!

Good post! Hopefully, this will be but the beginning of the end of FOX "News"' arrogant attitude. I think people in America are getting tired of this kind of crap, and FOX "News" has certainly been one of the major perpetrators of the mindset which has contributed in a huge way to the travesty of the last six years of Bu$hCo. When Republicans whine and moan about our country's decline in "moral values", I think they need look no farther than their party's own "news" network.
FOX needs to be called out on more than just this festering O.J. garbage, but I am glad Simpson didn't get to go on TV and talk about how he would have committed murders he most likely did commit to begin with... I think it is shameful that he was even going to be given the chance.
I'm glad they pulled the plug on the TV special, but I don't think they should have banned the book. That leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.
Someone should publish the book and make sure ALL the proceeds go to the victims families.
