Wingnuts Gone Wild!
Man, since the Baker commission has come out the Right Wingnuts have gone ballistic. Like this angry little person. They simply can't bear the fact that a bipartisan committee has come up with the same results that about 70% of the American public believes, its time to clean up the mess in Mesopotamia. Rush, Hannity, Malkin, Coulter and the rest are apoplectic. My real fear is that W is not going to listen to a damn thing that the commission recommended and is going to continue being the "decider." Arrogant fratboy that he is, he looked like he had been called into the Dean's office when Baker and Hamilton met at the White House. The wingnuts are calling the commission a bunch of political fossils, hmm in 2000 when Baker was sent to Florida to count votes he was a brilliant statesman. The neocons and far right need to suck it up and realize its over. They have no support from the public or from the Generals for that matter and its time for the Iraqis to sink or swim.

Great picture of MM. Really shows off her rabidity.
She's got those crazy eyes, too.
Whoa, that is one freaky-looking picture.
I don't think those wingnut leaders in higher levels (i.e. Dumbya and his buddies) want to give up on the war because it represents a way for them to make all kinds of money for themselves and their campaign-contributing friends. They can basically bankrupt the country by running up huge deficits paying for the war, and that not only makes money for them, it bankrupts social programs, leaving privatization of everything just about the only alternative. It makes virtual slaves out of all us taxpayers, as we will be the ones paying for the debt they have run up so recklessly.
I wouldn't be surprised if the rabid pundits who push these policies are on the payrolls of some of those driving forces behind the war. I think the idiots like Malkin, Hannity, Coulter, et al are being PAID to be idiots, and they are good at what they do, which is getting people to bypass critical thinking skills en route to adopting those views espoused by the pundits. Clever manipulation of language can go a long way toward getting people to support policies that are against their own best interests and as a consequence, against the best interests of the country.
I think the people who listen to FOX "News", Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Michael Savage, etc. and who hang on every word... are being fooled by what amounts to a handful of people who are only concerned about their own power and wealth. I also think that Americans are finally beginning to wake up to this kind of propaganda, and that they are getting tired of it. I sincerely hope these jerks aren't able to spin things their way, and that people will seriously question not only their positions, but their motives.
